This monthly subscription includes one weekly 50 minute telephonic coaching session as well as the ability to text me. This subscription auto-renews every four weeks. I will do my best to check texts regularly throughout the day, but please understand that I practice what I preach and attempt to limit my screen time for my own personal well-being. At minimum, I will return any messages within 24 hours (unless notified otherwise), but typically within less than a couple hours during the day. Please be aware that if you desire to terminate services, you will be responsible for cancelling your subscription prior to the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. If you decide to terminate services prior to utilizing your already paid for sessions, you will not be refunded for said unused sessions.
